I cannot find a record of Hillary making that statement.
SNOPES says it is false.
I do find it repeated on various blogs, but they never give a source.
I had to look it up myself...
After reading it 3 times.
The first time I read through it, like I read through everything. It read like I was listening to a conversation in Spanish. (I don't speak Spanish, but I do know about 5 words)
Had to read through it again. That time it read like it was EARLY morning and I needed coffee. LOTS of coffee.
The third time I read it, I was actually able to understand what she was TRYING to articulate.
I instantly thought of this verse in Proverbs:
When words are many, sin is not absent, but he who holds his tongue is wise. Proverbs 10:19
So I read some other verses in Proverbs 10:
