Either way everyone wins. Any time one disperses concentrations of liberalism, Like the cesspool of it in the UK, the power of liberal influence diminishes.

And of course liberal or not, I have to wonder why so many here argue against the founding principle of America. The right for people to determine their own futures.

Everyone wins? Well think on this. If Scotland becomes independent, the UK effectively loses a tenth of its population, a tenth of its economy, a tenth of its military, and a tenth (at least) of its political clout.

Britain was getting borderline in its ability to project power beyond its borders. This might be enough to completly nullify it. IOW, next time there's some despot or religious fanatic in the ME that needs taking down, you might be on your own guys.
