I can agree with this to a point but in a way that the writer would not accept.
Many of the black people in this country are subjugated.
They are subjugated in their minds. They are held in slavery by their preconceived notion that they are limited by their skin color to what they can achieve.
They are enslaved by a social welfare system that has addicted them to unearned income and other benefits that they will lose if they achieve too much.
They are subjugated by a subculture that makes achievement of good grades or even good grammar as acting white.
The blacks subjugation is largely self-imposed and all they need to be free of that subjugation is to free their minds and take responsibility for their own future.
The black community needs to stop blaming others for their plight. Until they take responsibility for their own personal sircumstances they will never achieve the freedom that they say they want.
If a black leader is ever to arise that will free them it will be a leader that changes the black subculture to one of personal responsibility.
