“So the cops stop a car full of gang bangers speeding for an unknown reason and they are at fault?”

Cops aren’t allowed to have an “unknown” reason. They need a little thing called “probable cause”. Perhaps you’ve heard of it. Then there’s the fact that these boneheads in blue let a wounded human being bleed out without, apparently, lifting a finger to help.

How about the cops call for emergency medical aid, or is that too much to ask? They’re the ones with the radios after all.

Dipstick.

"They need a little thing called “probable cause”."

No, they need something called "reasonable suspicion." But don't let facts get in the way of your rant after hearing one side of the story from a news source.
