Not that I am defending the Pubbies, but what EXACTLY do you want them to do about it? They do not control the Justice Department, so even if they have solid evidence of a crime they could not prosecute.

Some of them are trying to hold hearings, but they can't really compel anyone to give them anything.

BS, the republican leadership has and has had plenty they could do. Mark Levin has laid it out many times on exactly what they should do and what they should have done.
