Secretary of State John Kerry said it was the United States’ biblical “duty” to confront climate change at home and abroad in “Muslim-majority” nations during a speech Wednesday.
“Our faiths are inextricably linked on any number of things that we must confront and deal with in policy concepts today. Our faiths are inextricably linked on the environment. For many of us, respect for God’s creation also translates into a duty to protect and sustain his first creation, Earth, the planet,” Kerry said.
“Confronting climate change is, in the long run, one of the greatest challenges that we face, and you can see this duty or responsibility laid out in Scriptures clearly, beginning in Genesis. And Muslim-majority countries are among the most vulnerable. Our response to this challenge ought to be rooted in a sense of stewardship of Earth, and for me and for many of us here today, that responsibility comes from God,” he continued.
Good God Almighty. Americans are being slaughtered and he is still talking about global warming?

Kerry’s statements are easy to attribute to stupidity, since he is a stupid man, however this is part of a highly focused and deliberate misinformation campaign of mass brainwashing. It is well known in intelligence circles that one of the main techniques in brainwashing is to flood the victim(s) with so many interwoven lies and half-truths that pretty soon they just break down. Kerry’s vile speach comes straight out of the commie playbook designed to browbeat, humiliate, confuse, and break down the listener(s) into maleable little globs of protoplasm that can’t fight back.
At least Neville Chamberlain had the decency and honor to resign.

I would submit that, after all your jaw dropping and stunned incredulity at the complete nonsense uttered by Kerry, the important point to note is the certainty with which Kerry refers to the “Scriptures” as if he understands them. The only question is whether he is knowingly misusing the “Scriptures” in order to speak to the “low-information” folks or whether he is, himself, so imbued with theological liberalism that he thinks he actually understands them.
Whichever is the case, he is dangerous, both to himself and others.
I can imagine Kerry's speechwriters howling with laughter, knowing that Kerry himself has no idea what's in the Bible.
