Only one of these aircraft can reach North America. All of them can reach the major cities of Europe.
The correct response to this would be to immediately bomb these aircraft and make them unfit for flight. If this isn't done, AQ gets to keep their air force.
What a mess.

I think the issue is that some of them are no longer at the airport — they have disappeared to some other location.
