It is just more black people doing what black people do these days. Packing those chips around on their shoulders makes them cowardly and violent.
Reflecting on your comment I have sometimes wondered at the black people who are attracted to islam. Meaning that it seems to be a way of validating their violent tendencies given how many end up fighting in places like Syria and Iraq.
