The only completely secure cell voice communication is a combination of Blackberry 10 and a SecuSmart (which Blackberry just bought) chip at both ends, or Blackberry Enterprise Server 10.2 through your small business. Angela Merkel uses Blackberry 10 and SecuSmart to avoid Obama's NSA snooping. Android and iOS devices are not secure and security software can easily be hacked.
