All of your phone numbers, email/physical addresses, notes, etc. are copied to iCloud, usually by default.
I turned off iCloud on our phones before handing them out.
I have fun taking photos. I store them on Picasa in open files along with some old pictures I’ve scanned. Anyone can access them, copy them, etc.. Of course, I have a beaten up, stove in, and really ugly body even in clothes. If you take no- no photos, don’t put them anywhere they can de stolen because, if you do, they’ll be stolen. Makes me remember Anthony Wiener. Lol
Just remember (when you're not at work), Celeb Jihad is the only celebrity gossip site run by Islamic extremists.
Only use cloud backup systems that use Pre-Internet Encryption (PIE) and say up front that they don’t have the ability to recover your files without your password. Everything else is just pretty much waiting for the world to see.
Many of the consumer grade NAS products are accessible from the internet. Without your approval. They use it to update the software on them.
I posted nude photo soy myself but so far 0 views after three years.
I would have said no one will look at a 70+ body but then I remembered Geraldo.
Thanks. If you turn off iCloud how will that affect normal use? Thanks!
First thing that crossed my mind. But then again somebody will post a picture of Helen Thomas .
Wait until you declare you are candidate for President.
What the?!?!?!?! I did not know until this moment that I had a twin brother. BROTHER!!!!!
It’s only visible if you enable it.
Used goods.
Yeah I thought so too. Until an angry and soon to be terminated Seagate employee pushed an update out to my device which turned it into a brick.
I have pictures of my cats in my cloud. Nothing else.
I’m very careful. I won’t get upset of my kitty pictures get hacked. Maybe they might even get famous?
The notes in notepad are shopping lists, again, nothing worth noting of hacked.
All the Feds have to do is contact the SysAdmin and he’ll give them backdoor access to the files on the server. It would be a little harder for the hackers though. Of course if the hacker gets root access it’s game over.
I just checked and my iCloud backup was already turned off. Thanks ConservativeMind, you’re better than apple CS. I’ve been having problems with my ipad never remembering my password. Every time I come to FR I have to log in. Same with everything I normally was able to jump back into. I was on the phone with apple for almost an hour and they finally told me I have to bring it in, have it cleaned and reset or whatever they do. I could lose a lot of stuff, so I’m putting up with this problem.
