Yes. Sort of like when robbers, created by God, rob a bank and the cops have the audacity to try and stop them.

Quite the contrary. The disease may exist to show the glory of God through a cure. If I recall, Jesus said the same about blind/lame/diseased folk... the glory of God could be revealed through their being healed.
