Enlightened - most people never learn. I use the same analogy all the time - beaten spouses.

At the moment I think the “sprinkle” approach is the best method. If you pour too much, then it will just backfire. However, if you sprinkle little bits of pieces here and there then it seems to work.
Certainly it’s a slower, methodical method, but it seems to produce the dividends to awaken conservatives. If we can awaken enough conservatives (more than 10%), then we can restore the Free Republic that our founding fathers gave us and we managed to muck up.
