Yes, I looked it up and found that last December I unknowingly passed through the town with the worst speed trap in the country as I drove 301 from Starke to Gainsville. Sounds like I dodged a bullet!
I’ve been in every coastal county in FL, save a few inland ones, but Waldo is fortunately one community I haven’t visited. It sounds too much like the stereotypical inland town in “Porky’s.”
