You read my mind!! But you need to RICO the town officials too. They are the “drivers” behind the criminal activity. The mayor, city council and the city manager need to be in jail.
I wondered how long it would take for someone to say that.
There is NO WAY that could have gone on for 40 years, not even one year, and the town officials not have known.
The state should cancel the town’s charter.
