By Proper, I meant easiest, most direct, fastest.
Posters act like the mods have NSA capability or superbrains and read each and every word we post. THEY DO NOT.
Clicking on ABUSE and explaining your 'problem' sends an email alert to the mods, who THEN will respond ASAP.
It has been, based on my experience, the quickest way to resolve a problem.
Pinging ADMINMODERATOR (or various other keynames) works, but is slower.
Whining in your post and hoping the mods are psychic rarely works.
