If you have nationwide civil unrest like they had in Ferguson Mo, and I said all along Obama caused that one to get all ramped up, then no one will be safe. The senate, congress, president, etc no one will be safe in a civil war in USA. There would be no food, no water, no utilities, no internet, no no no nothing.
