Instant intimidation of the States and perhaps a takeover of selected polling places will insure that they vote. The Republicans will scream but will do nothing real in opposition while their staffs are frantically figuring out how to make it all profitable for themselves and their Congressmen. It will go to the Courts which could take years, certainly longer than this years elections which will cement the One Party State permanently. Once the election is past, ignoring Congress and the Courts becomes easy. ThêSultan doesn't even have to curtail his golf.
