If 67% of the town is black wouldn’t you assume that the mayor and city government those that were voted in by the majority black population? Got to assume the the city government is Democrat. If the government was black what laws would be passed. Would it become legal to steal cigars?

From what I have read, the Gibbsmedats in Ferguson, don’t bother to vote. Theys too busy stealin’ $hit, procreatn’, drankn’ an’ spendn’ theys welfare checks to be bothered. It’s only now that stuff they don’t like is going down, that they complain about the lack of “adequate representation.”
