read between the lines... in other words, IF the charges stick against Rick Perry, Romney may feel he has to run or will be pressured to by the establishment.

Former democrat, and current liberal establishment republican Rick Perry won't have any problem with the charges.

He will have problems getting conservatives to vote for him, though.
