They selected far more candidates in 2012 than the anti-establishment core of the party, and those candidates were decimated...they lost FL, VA, WI, NM, CA, and others.

Cuccinelli was not an establishment candidate in VA. In fact, GOP-e largely let him twist in the wind. If GOP-e had given him meaningful help he would now be governor.

We have Ed Gillespie taking on Mark Warner. There really is not a dime’s worth of difference between them. Gillespie refuses to go after Warner on the Gang of 8 bill. Why? Because Gillespie favors amnesty and increased immigration and guest workers. He could give a crap about the American worker.

I was referring to the 2012 Senate race. I believe it was Allen. He was chosen because he was the ‘right’ candidate who could ‘win’. I have no issues with Allen, but he was the chosen one for that race by the party. Their track record is pathetic, but they’ll rattle off the same old tired list of seats the ‘tea party’ post. Ignoring the dozens of seats they’ve lost since 2006.

Your points about Cuccinelli last year are 100% valid. In fact, this might have been the opening act of the party’s betrayals in 2014. Now they want our votes...bwahahaha.
