A range can’t duplicate having serious damage to one eye. I guy like that, even without a weapon, is a threat to your life after taking that blow.
My point was I have no concern for Michael Brown or thugs like him. I am hoping the officer is a better aim next time.
CORRECT! Officers are trained to shoot until the perp is down. If the perp was down and the final shoot to the head was taken there is a problem. I suspect the fatal shoot to the head occurred as the perp was falling. Officers are trained to shoot center mass. The injuries to arm indicate that the officer Wilson was not shooting well. He probably was not shooting well due to injury inflicted by the perp.
I would suggest the following:
Take your finger and point to a target as if it were a pistol. Close one eye and then open it and close the other eye and see where you "think you are pointing your finger. You will be amazed/
Put on someone else’s glasses, run into a wall, then spin around three times - then fire at a moving target.
