It would appear to me that this further buttresses what we believe to be Wilson’s account. Brown runs away, stops, turns around and taunts Wilson. This could be the two second pause. Then he charges Wilson and gets the fatal shot in the head in the final burst.
Nothing about the audio recording is inconsistent with that story.
The DoJ version will state Brown runs away, turns WHEN WILSON CALLS HIM THE N-WORD.....Then Brown charges Wilson as any good Black man would after being provoked ...
Wilson is charged with a hate crime because he caused Brown to attack him, precipitating the Homicide.
