All we have at the moment are initial forensics released by autopsy for Brown:
No gunshot residue on Brown’s body (clothes unknown).
An abrasion to the side of Brown’s face. No other abrasions on body, injuries or signs of an altercation.
Four rounds to the arm, direction undetermined.
Two rounds to the head consistent with head being lowered.
Yup. That’s pretty much the only hard evidence we have, and it alone is not dispositive as to any of the relevant questions re: the shooting. Even the angle of the head shot doesn’t prove much - could have been because Brown was charging, or it could have been one of the later shots, and hit him as he fell.
