If you choose to be 100% pure in seeking the truth, even when overwhelming facts and history can guide you, no problem. My concerns will be elsewhere.

That's the problem - there are NO "facts" here, on either side. If you want to judge each individual case based on history, then that's your choice. Maybe it's just my training as a lawyer and an investigator, but I'm happy to wait for the facts to come in.

I could see the lawyer in you stating that. I could see a community organizer say that too. And pretty much anyone in the media.

But not an investigator. Unless the investigator worked for the color blind DOJ.
