Mr. Weems picked a fight.

Right or wrong, ignoring reality is just stupid.

Mr. Weems picked a fight.

I read the story but I guessed I missed the part where he picked a fight. I read where he was arguing with some people in the waffle house, but there wasn't any info that he started the argument. Was there something I missed or did you find more information somewhere.

It's stupid for a white person to go into a restaurant if any black people are around?

It's reassuring that the police do not consider it a hate crime.

What's your source for that claim? I couldn't tell from the atrocious writing much of what happened.

Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!

“Right or wrong, ignoring reality is just stupid.”

When reality is upside down, you have two choices.

You can accept it and run, or you can fight.

The guy chose to confront the upside down reality.

It therefore was not stupid, it was a valid choice and one that more people will begin to make in the coming months.

It just is what it is.
