He’s the Commander In Chief. How can he blame the troops? How does he look any different than Carter—he presided over a failed mission.
It's easy for him. He's used to blaming everybody but himself. Can't figure out how to blame Bush or Fox News or the Koch brothers.
He can do no wrong, doncha know.
