The key thing about a no bill is going to be getting all the exculpatory evidence out in public quickly. Cop was assaulted and hit in the face. Brown made a struggle for the gun. Brown was charging the cop when the shots were fired, etc. If all of that is true it needs to come out with as much force as possible.
There may still be riots, but there will be ZERO moral excuse for them.
It would appear that there ought not be charges, except for the other accomplice in the strong-arm robbery, who then filed a false police statement.
I sure hope they charge him.
