Let me spell it out for you on the off-chance you really don't take my meaning.
Despite all the military grade hardware, (and the training that goes along with it) one guy that half-ass knew what he was doing caused the largest manhunt in US history involving literally hundreds of police officers from two states.
Furthermore, his siege was not ended by daring cops performing a dynamic entry and engaging in high speed CQB tactics to neutralize him, but burning the friggin house down around him so no more of them got hurt!
So I ask you, what good did all the hardware do if the people using it still act and REact like cops?
