My thoughts exactly!
What bothers me is that so many are against local law enforcement having up armored vehicles, 50 caliber weapons and material like these.
The victims of Beslan endured 3 days of hell because local law enforcement did not have the means to neutralize them. It took three days for the military to arrive.
Dressing cops like soldiers doesn't make them soldiers. All the materiel in the world isn't going to change the fact they're still cops.
Let me give you the short answer, a lot of us are not sure which way and at who they would point those 50 cal. machine guns. There are those of us who know history and see where this is headed. We just don’t trust the cops or the Feds.
