I think the daily polls showing democrat standing for the 2014 elections get a lot more interest from obama and Jarrett than his daily national intelligence briefing
I can imagine him doodling with his pen and worrying about his next fundraiser and tee time during such briefings
I think most of the terror alarmism is coming from Congress, not the WH
The democrat party is in lock-step that the overriding national security issue is them staying in power
and to exploit whatever issue to pander to their base and make sure that happens
an over-the-horizon threat of a major terrorist attack can be dealt with if and when it happens- and blamed on the GOP
From a strategic point of view, the Red state and Blue state territory differences are notable.
If I wanted to take over, I'd want to control food, water and energy and all major ports on our oceans, the Mississippi and the Great Lakes.
With that thought in mind, note the significance of the states and areas are controlled by the demonrats.
