if the 300 pound man rushing at you is a member of a recognized grievance group, you are supposed to think in a split second that your life is destroyed if you defend yourself. In other words, you don’t shoot and take other actions to defend yourself, because of fears of being charged with racism as you make a split second decision as to whether to save yourself or not.
