Umm. I think it is great PR for Ferguson police. First he is not one of theirs, a neighboring town. The Ferguson supervisor is right on it, to stop the misbehavior and it all just happens be be on video. Shows commitment to non violent policing. Could it be a staged event? Umm.

I’m glad I’m not the only one to notice that since outsiders have taken over for those “bungling” Ferguson cops, things only got worse.
