Police Suspend Officer at Ferguson: 'I Will F****** Kill You' to Protestors
Truth Revolt ^ | 8/21/2014 | Sarah Fisher

An officer who was working at the Ferguson protests was caught on camera pointing a semi-automatic weapon at a peaceful demonstrator and saying "I will f****ng kill you." Yesterday, it was announced the police officer was suspended indefinitely.

The incident just before midnight on Tuesday punctuated the 11th straight night of racially charged demonstrations in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson, Missouri, since Brown, an unarmed 18-year-old, was slain by a white police officer.

No one was hurt in the gun-pointing confrontation, but the incident underscored what many have criticized as heavy-handed and unprofessional police tactics that have helped stoke continuing civil unrest.

According to an official account from the St. Louis County Police Department, an unnamed policeman from the neighboring community of St. Ann leveled his weapon at a Ferguson protester "after a verbal exchange," and that a superior county officer, a sergeant, quickly intervened.

According to a statement from the county police department, the sergeant "immediately took action, forcing the officer to lower the weapon and escorting him away from the area."

At one point, he is heard yelling, "I will f****ng kill you, get back, get back," before the sergeant calmly steps in to defuse the situation, orders him to lower the weapon and leads him away from cameras.

"The unified command strongly feel these actions are inappropriate, and not indicative of the officers who have worked daily to keep the peace," the police statement said.

It said the officer in question had been relieved of duty and suspended indefinitely but gave no further details of any investigation or discipline he might face.

Isn't that what a Connecticut cop said about people who refused to register their guns after that unconstitutional law was passed?

The reason the public is got their ...

HAS, not IS.

Jeez, this stuff is starting to infect my brain. Pretty soon I'll be speaking ghetto fluently.

Thank you for your responses. Hope I don't come off to harsh when I reply. It's just that so many are needlessly so ignorant, it is hard to take. The ones who know the least, are the most stubborn as well.

Makes me want to shoot them.(Just kidding).

The reason the public is got their panties in a knot is because the media/someone with a cellphone happened to record this incident, and the media is pushing it because it supports their narrative.

Exactly correct.

I'll give you another example: Last night a 16 year old black girl in Chicago (honor student, taking college AP courses in a charter school) was killed by ......... guess who? A black gang-banger.

Shot down for no reason. Some group of gang-bangers happened by her and decided to spray bullets all over the place.

Scenes like I described above happen almost EVERY DAMN' DAY in Chicago.

How much of that makes the national media?

None.

Seems it's "ok" when blacks kill blacks senselessly in the streets. No one gets worked up about it, no one seemingly cares, and hell --- most of the time the mother of the dead kid doesn't even get but 5 seconds of crying time on local TV.

But it's ok --- blacks killing blacks = "ok"

But when a white man defends himself against some gang-banging black kid, it's somehow newsworthy?

Yep, that's the f*cked up world we live in.

80% or more of black murders are committed by ... OTHER BLACKS. No one cares. No one gives it a second thought. Here in the Chicago area, all we hear on the Sunday night late news is the body count for the weekend and the neighborhoods in Chicago that they occurred in. Everyone knows by the neighborhoods it's black on black crime.

But dare to defend yourself against a black perp when you're white? Why, that's RACIST!

Believe me, I more than "get it."

HAS, not IS.

Wow -- can't believe I did that. Usually I'm much better than that. Must be too much gang-bang shoot 'em up ghetto shit coming in on my idiot box lately (TV.)

I saw a blurred phone photo of the officer directly after the shooting standing a few feet from the body....blood had puddled just for time frame of that photo average....

At any rate...they wrote the officer was pretty stunned and shocked....Which would be expected after getting your face beat and then going through the incident of the shooting....his figure evidenced this..slopped shoulders and arms dangled at his side just standing there.

I hope they clean it up and show it again....perhaps they’ll use this in the investigation.

Wow -- can't believe I did that.

You didn't do it, I did. It was in italics because I was quoting my previous post. Sorry if I confused you.

BTW, since I was ignorant of the video this thread is about, I just went and watched it. The cop tells the CAMERAMAN to go f*ck yourself, not the protesters.

Matter of fact, after watching it, the descriptions given by OTHER posters here on FR totally misrepresent what happened in that video.

The cop had his rifle raised up because there were bottles being thrown, people screaming, reports of shots fired, and then the CAMERAMAN started harassing the cop.

I never saw the 'innocent thug brandishing the knife who was almost shot by police' that others have claimed.

Have you noticed?

The ‘day shift’ crew got through with their 15 minute break and had to go back to work. Too bad. I really wish they had the time to spend actually getting some good information and educating themselves on this subject. Alas, things are as they are.

We’re going to see police officers afraid to shoot when they need to after these events... which shouldn’t be.

I suspect why people are trying to be police officers today....if they can’t protect themselves why go into these violent communities and be a target?
