We’ve been fighting this Jihad War all wrong. Let me give you a bit of history. During the MAGSAYSAY administration, in the Philippines, the communist were on the upswing. They actually controlled a few provinces. This is what the MAGSAYSAY administration did. They put a bounty on all communists. 100 Pisos for a private, 200 Pisos for a sargeant, 300 Pisos for a lieutenant, 500 Pisos for a captain and 1,000 Pisos for a general. All they needed to do was bring in their heads. Immediately, most of the provinces were reporting hundreds, if not thousands of heads were coming in. The communists were afraid to go to sleep with another communist, for fear that their heads will be gracing the provincial grounds. The world should do the same with ISIS, Al Qeada, Hamas, Hisbolla, and yes even the Muslim Brotherhood. I will guarantee you that within a few years, we won’t have any more Jihadist trouble.
