Those that would give up liberty for little, temporary security...I'm paraphrasing, of course. That, and the fact that, per the SCOTUS, LEO have NO obligation to protect you and yours. Their only obligation is to clean the mess up. Arm yourself. Prepare. The need for militarized LEO is highly debatable.
