Funny you should mention that...I happen to live a couple dozen miles north and west from Harvey. On a trip back from a downtown location, on an exit ramp off I-57, (in Amish country BTW) I noticed a one-man protest complete with a sign and hands up sometime around 5pm CST yesterday. I was tempted to drive back and snap a pic. :)
