How about a limit on the amount of food you can own?
Should there be a limit to number of cars, homes or shoes someone can own?
How about a limit on the amount of food you can own?
The sad thing is, all those have been discussed by our government.
But what about when protocol is at odds with the law and the rights of the individual? Wordsmithing is very dangerous.
I expect that will be coming.

Surprise! Surprise!
That idea has already been thrown out there to get people to “talking” about it.
Hoarders (Preppers) are driving up food prices and denying food to other people.
Shhhh...dont give them any ideas.
“How about a limit on the amount of food you can own?”
got news for you. In many places, there are laws restricting how much food you can store. Germany, for example, no more than 3 days worth, any more is considered hoarding. That was as of my stay there from 1991 to 1996. I have not found any such laws here in the US, but I’d not really be surprised. I do know Mormons are considered weird by many people because they do store food (and clothing and fuel) for hard times.
