One more thing Jay, the big factor here is not where his vehicle was, but was the actual shooting of the suspect legitimate.
Based on everything I have seen and heard, it’s my hunch this is a very credible shooting of an individual who clearly was the aggressor in a crime just minutes prior to this shooting event.
