The autopsy not so good for officer. No powder residue, no stippling on Brown’s hands from the car struggle.

The 2 bullets to the head..one hits eye socket goes under chin to collar bone...other on top of skull both downward shots.. subject is kneeling, going down, unless officer is 7 feet compared to Brown, 6’ 4”. Others on arm, well an arm moves running so different angles possibly.

So unknown whether charged or fled, turned, etc. Need more witnesses, footage.

Where are the cop car’s police videos? If none available probably liable in civil court for that alone one would think.

Good points. Police are not going to release all their evidence. Gives time for other side to make up lies. If he gets an OJ jury of course he is in prison for life. The only witnesses are the thug’s friend - I believe. not sure of that.
