Prior to calling in the National Guard, Missouri Governor Jay Nixon attempted to pander to the lawless mobs that have been exploiting the Michael Brown spectacle by putting Captain Ron Johnson of the Missouri Highway Patrol in charge of restraining them.
Johnson promptly defused the situation by reminding the public that there is no reason to believe Officer Darren Wilson acted inappropriately when he used lethal force to subdue the violent criminal Michael Brown.
Just kidding. Like the media and the federal government, Johnson has been fanning the flames by blaming the police for trying to maintain order:
Speaking at Greater Grace Church, where more than a thousand people gathered to remember Brown, Johnson said meeting the boys family brought tears to my eyes.
To the family of Michael Brown, I want you to know that my heart goes out to you and that I am sorry, he said to thundering applause. I wear this uniform, so Im standing up here to say Im sorry.
This is my neighborhood. You are my family. You are my friends and I am you, Johnson said, appearing to tear up.
When this is over, I am going to go in my sons room. My black son, Johnson told the cheering crowd. Who wears his pants sagging. Wears his hat cocked to the side. Got tattoos on his arms. But thats my baby.
Via The Last Refuge, here is Ron Johnson flashing gang signs with one of his homeboys:
He is in a historically black fraternity named Kappa Alpha Psi Inc. The young man next to him is in the same fraternity. The hand sign they are showing is the fraternities hand sign.

it’s not a B for blood , it’s a hand sign symbolizing a divine 9 fraternity Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated. Research never hurt anyone.
The hand sign that the officer is holding up is not a gang sign , it’s the hand sign of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated. Research never hurt anyone , try a google or two.
This is not a gang sign. This is the hand sign for the historically black fraternity he and the man pictured with him are apart of.
If it is, it’s poor optics, as it looks an awful lot like that other sign. I Googled “Hand Signs” and that’s what I found via a law enforcement gang sign recognition presentation.
‘Course, it’s possible they are trying to show the photographer how to make a shadow rabbit.
Seriously, if it’s a fraternity sign then it’s in the same class as the swastika after Hitler adopted it...any former meaning is pretty much wiped out by notoriety of other recent use.
Glad that is cleared up. still looks like they are making blood.
