I think Perry handled this veto thing poorly. But Perry should refuse to get fingerprinted, etc. After all, he's not being arrested.
This is no way a criminal case. This is a civil/constitutional case.
And if some dufus judge does issue an arrest warrant, he should still refuse. He just has to be nimble, and surround himself with a trusted bodyguard. He can't let himself get handcuffed on some sidewalk somewhere.
I hope Perry does not give in here.
