I imagine the executives of McDonalds will not be rebuilding in that area. No point and the area looks like it’s in a better off area; this means that rioters will be likely moving into more affluent places of business.

Many McDonalds are frachises, usually owned by members of the immediate community. There is an even chance that the "owner" is black.
