That was the first similar weapon that came to mind, but I wasn’t sure about the comparison so I didn’t make it at the time I posted or subsequently.
I think it’s called a mag7, so it might be a bit more powerful. There’s a link in post 109 if you want to check it out.

The 7mm Remington (at link) is a rifle cartridge. I think the officer was firing a handgun and a 7mm handgun cartridge (which is new to me) is a wee thing.
I think it is close to a .32...which is a tiny caliber.

I am beginning to wonder if the talk of a 7mm isn't incorrect. The pistols that shoot the 7mm Penna shell are (as best I can tell) made by
STI and are quite expensive for a little town like Ferguson.
