if the officer shot him predominately in the right side, it doesn’t seem he was trying for a kill shot until the last round.
That’s the way I see it.
Bowing to mecca? Tripped charging the officer?
I can imagine the kid charging and the cop shooting him in the arm and him not stopping or backing up so he used a lethal shot.
Well it sure establishes some of the witnesses had personal motives..
How could they see someone getting shot in the back while running away, if no shot was heard at the time they were running away?
they all know it was a justified shooting....scared senseless to admit it. Nixon was tap dancing like crazy today on the Sunday shows...quite hilarious watching him.
He doesn't bother me....he doesn't need the money at his age and at the current stage of his career.
He's just an old fart who loves the media attention he attracts and all the dramatics of his various headline cases.

According to the article, he waived his usual $10k fee "because of the tremendous attention to the case."
Evidence markers which were traffic cones at the scene appeared to be within about 8" from the body...I would assume those cones were evidence markers for some of the bullet casings.
Not necessarily, the suspect could have been reacting, jerking or bending, tightening up from a previous round striking him.
The man fell forward toward the cop.
Was he on drugs?
Aptly named Crump, the attorney for the Brown family has his own spin on this:
The sheer number of bullets and the way they were scattered all over his body showed this police officer had a brazen disregard for the very people he was supposed to protect in that community, Mr. Crump said. We want to make sure people understand what this case is about: This case is about a police officer executing a young unarmed man in broad daylight.
Ri-i-i-i-ght. Four shots to the right arm showed that a Wilson was trying very hard to stop him without killing or injuring him seriously.
Possibly correct, but from the vid I saw, he was laying on the ground in the prone position.
This link was posted three minutes before this one.
No its not. He was falling forward at that point. Last shot was the well to do; night, night for the thug as the officer worked his way up the body during the brown’s “charge”.
Two to the head wouldn’t be unusual for a double tap head shot. One hit and he started going down second one finished the job.
“Was he on drugs?”
Ok, people need to back up and think about this. How people on would keep charging at a cop if even one shot was fired at them?
I’m thinking anyone who is sane and sober would stop after being hit once!
It’s totally obvious the kid was charging at the cop. Why else would all the shots have been fired??
Crump would prefer the cop dead or paralyzed for life.
Sounds to me he was hopped up on something.
