The problem is the first autopsy was greatly questioned....so Holder had it, after all the clamoring, but Crumb stepped in to have the body released to the family.

Crump doesn't want any evidence, forensic or otherwise to be used he doesn't have control of...and since so much was denied his Dr. doing it he's still apparently got the upper hand unless the DOJ’s request supersedes within that time frame.

At this point, nothing from any DOJ third autopsy will be admissible in court for any DOJ investigation or charges.
