Ex-San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro (Obama appointee to head HUD) refused to agree that members of violent gangs should be deported before they commit crimes while participating in gang activities.

“I believe in ensuring that America is free of folks that have committed violent crimes,” Castro, who received national attention as a speaker at the Democratic National Convention, told Rep. J. Randy Forbes, R-Va., during the 2013 House Judiciary Committee hearing on immigration reform.

“With regard to the hypothetical,” Castro also said, “I readily concede that I’m not in law enforcement, I’m not a technical expert in that regard.”

Forbes explained that he was asking about the issue in light of a rape that took place in which the accused perpetrator could not have been deported due to having protected status.

““The country’s thrust up to this point in fighting gang activity is wait until they kill somebody, hurt somebody or rape somebody and then go after them,” patriot Cong Randy Forbes said in 2005 when he “introduced a bill that would allow the government to deport aliens and immigrants who are not permanent residents of the United States and belong to criminal gangs,” The Washington Times reported.

HHS MOVING GANG MEMBERS INTO US CITIES

Reports show HHS is transferring thousands of unaccompanied illegal minors, some of whom have already been identified as gang members by U.S. Border Patrol agents, to large U.S. cities that rank among the top strongholds of the American gang Mara Salvatrucha, or MS-13.

As CNSNews.com reports, a 2008 report indicates that MS-13 is one of two predominantly Latino gangs whose membership has spread from the Los Angeles area to other U.S. communities. MS-13 and the 18th Street gang (M-18), the report states, are becoming “transnational,” in that they are being established in Central America and Mexico. The report continues: “Evidence suggests that these gangs are engaged in criminal enterprises normally associated with better organized and more sophisticated crime syndicates,” and “gang members may be involved in smuggling operations and, by extension, could potentially use their skills and criminal networks to smuggle terrorists into the United States.”

Cities listed as strongholds of MS-13 include Washington, D.C. and the surrounding Northern Virginia area, Los Angeles, Houston, New York City, Baltimore, and Nashville. The more than 57,000 illegal unaccompanied minors who have flooded across the U.S. border from Mexico since October of last year have come from Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador – all countries with strong ties to MS-13 and other Latin American gangs and crime operations. Here in S.E. Michigan, several weeks ago we had a crime where two dogs attacked and killed a jogger in Metamora Twp., Lapeer County.

As it turns out, the owners of the dogs had been cited previously for allowing their dogs to run free. But what makes this typical dog bites man so noteworthy is the fact that couple are ILLEGAL ALIENS who have been living in this country illegally for the past 20 years.

The male is an illegal from Italy and the female is an illegal from the Ukraine, and both of them were busted back in 2010 and ordered deported.

Unfortunately for the now deceased jogger, neither one of these illegals were kicked out of this country due to the current Obama administration's policy of non-deportation........

As a side note, virtually every follow-up story on this case by WXYZ here in Detroit, there has been absolutely no mention of the fact the couple were illegals and should have been kicked out of the country.

Every time I've seen such update, I've sent an email to the teleprompter reader and asked them why they are hiding the truth........
