I am from the area... He most likely wanted the sweets to make dippers with. (PCP dippers) - PCP is really big again among black youths in the STL area. They use sweets or MORE brand cigs to make them.Thanks, that might explain the behavior. And why Holder would want to cover it up. It would look bad for "his people".

This will be the 3rd autopsy done. The family (under direction of their lawyer) had a private one done. (local media reported this). It was probably completed a day or so ago. The national media is not reporting a lot of stuff that is going on at a local level.
