Every time I read tripe like this,I want to send the author a copy of the book, “Bell Curve”. That book explains in stark detail why there are problems in the black communities.
I don’t know if you are referring to Shockley’s writings about ‘bell curves’ as to cultural differences and origins but I believe his presentation is on spot as to why and how the different societal populations/groups behave and interact.
Solid and stern education is needed. Not these teen day care centers they try and call schools. They’re just training grounds for thugs 101.
Measurable intelligence can be improved with education. There’s not a racial reason for things the ‘bell curve’ points out, its circumstance.
