Did the guy in the background who said that he fired 8 shots in bursts of 4 and then 4 see a damn thing???
If you would read the article at the link it explains it.
The only meaningful part is the voice in the background starting at about the 6 min mark.
The main person talking and holding the camera/phone says at the start that he didn’t see it, he heard the shots, then went outside.
Perhaps you can figure it out if you try.
