It is encouraging in general, but very stressful for anyone managing them. No concept of professional behavior at all, very limited job skills, and lashing out due to inferiority complexes...Weirdly enough, there's a psychological term that covers people with excessive levels of self-esteem as applied to practical skills - the Dunning-Kruger Effect.
